Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic ENACT has had to postpone its monthly community meeting at the Eastside Community Center just off 56th and Portland Ave. Since January 2021 we have held virtual meetings and sent invitations to everyone on our mailing list. Our meetings feature presentations that keep us all up to date on important changes in our community. We also hear monthly reports from: Tacoma Police, Tacoma Fire, Tacoma Schools, Parks Tacoma, Tacoma City Manager’s office, Tacoma Public Utilities, Pierce Transit, Tacoma Public Library, Port Of Tacoma, City Council, County Council, and the Pierce County Health Department.
We also provide a community forum that is an open platform for all who attend to ask questions, make announcements and raise important issues.
